Who are we?

We at the Archbishop’s Appeal function as the fundraising arm of the Archdiocese of Port-of-Spain under the guidance of Archbishop Charles Jason Gordon. Our mission is to assist the various ministries of the Catholic Church and the people of our nation by providing fundraising and administrative oversight of capital and community projects. We identify and explore opportunities for innovation and enhancement in church operations and engage the national community through outreach campaigns as part of a commitment to exercise prudent stewardship of its resources.

The Archbishop’s Appeal supports the work of the Catholic Church through humble discipleship, obedience to God and universal love for mankind. Our efforts are inspired by faith and guided by the desire to create a strong national culture of harmony and unity. As an agency and as individuals, we are committed to cultivating the moral and spiritual elements of every human being through prayer, service and the communal will to improve.
